Basically, lots of stuff has happened since my last journal entry. xD I'm either lazy or too busy, haven't decided which suits me best yet...Probably busy, at least for right now.

So anyway, I had my birthday on Halloween. :3 My friends threw me a surprise party because they're awesome, and I was actually surprised! It turned into a sleepover and I think I can safely say that it was the best birthday I've ever had (and good thing, since it was my 18th, hah).

This past weekend I went to the Renaissance Faire, hence the sudden spamming of the many bird photographs...Not a photographer (I've said this several times now, I believe), but I think I did pretty decently with the hawks and falcon that was there. Other than that, I had a really great time! I'm now wondering why I hadn't gone for two or three years, because I love that sort of atmosphere (yes, I am a bit of a geek, sorry). I went with mom, which was more fun than I'd thought (I feel a bit horrible for saying that...I was just hoping to go with friends). We (since I'm paying for half) bought me a lovely green corset and nice linen undershirt to go with it, for my riding costume. Pretty excited about that. No one ever told me corsets were so comfortable. o_O;

I'd say that's a pretty good update of what's going on right now...Frosty's doing well, getting his winter coat already, the brat. And I'm still making art like a crazy person for my AP Art class, though I do have an A at the moment, so...Yay? I haven't uploaded them here either because they're too big or because I keep them at school for the most part. Oh! And I'm in NaNoWriMo ([link]). I am completely insane for doing this, since there's pretty much no way I'll finish, but I'm hoping I'll at least get a good start on a novel I've been wanting to write for a while now. Speaking of that, I'd better stop writing this and start working on my words! I'm already behind!
